  4. Hacer crema de calabaza hirviendo la calabaza con ajo y agua. Dejarla en la olla un cuarto de hora con sal. Sacar y trituras. Entonces cuándo la tenemos triturada la devolvemos a la olla y echamos los guisantes que dejamos 10-15 a fuego lento con la crema de calabaza.
  5. Se sirve poniendo en un plato las albóndigas fritas con la crema de calabaza y guisantes. ¡¡Está muy bueno!!
