Si los huevos son grandes con 2 estamos bien. Amasar con mucha fuerza, es una masa dura, si está muy seca agregar gotitas de agua, pero no dejar que esté blanda. Con 7 min de amasado estamos. Descansar tapada 30 min más.
  3. ✔️Armado: estirar en máquina al Nro 7 o a palote. No encontré mi molde de ravioles así que les muestro en las fotos como se hace sin ningún problema. Tratar que no quede nada de aire! ✔️Abundante agua con sal en una olla, por 3 a 4 min sin que hierva a borbotones para que no rompa la pasta
  4. ✔️Salsa bolognesa (o la que más te guste) y un buen parmesano rallado. A chuparse los dedos! #familiar
