  6. Troceamos el calabacín y lo introducimos en un recipiente apto para microondas con un chorrito de aceite, calentar al microondas 5 minutos. Introducir al vaso batidor junto con los demás ingredientes y batir hasta que conseguir una masa cremosa.
  7. Paté de berenjena (mutabal o baba ghanoush)
  8. Asa las berenjenas en el microondas 5 minutos. Retira la piel y tritura con el resto de ingredientes hasta que quede una pasta fina y uniforme.
  9. Paté de pimientos (muhamara)
  10. Asa los pimientos y quítales la piel. Tuesta las nueces. Agrega las nueces y los pimientos en el vaso batidor con los demás ingredientes y trituralos hasta que quede una pasta uniforme.
