- 1/4 de kg. arroz tipo bomba
- 1 cebolla
- 2 tomates maduros

- 2 boniatos
- 2 nabos del terreno
- 2 alcachofas (opcional)
- 1 puñado habas tiernas(opcional)
- sal
- 1/2 vaso aceite de oliva
- 1 sobrecito colorante alimentario

- Poner las legumbres a remojo la noche anterior a la elaboración
- Rallar la cebolla y el tomate. Limpiar y pelar el resto de las verduras y lo ponemos en entero a la olla junto con las legumbres que previamente habremos enjuagado y escurrido.
- Añadimos la sal, el aceite y el colorante alimentario.
- Ponemos el agua (prox. 1´5 litros de agua) hay que tener en cuenta que despues de que esten las legumbres tenemos que añadir el arroz.
- En la olla normal dejamos hervir como una hora y media hasta que las legumbres esten tiernas.
- En olla rápida en aprox. 3/4 de hora estará listo.
- Cuando las legumbres esten cocidas sacamos la calabaza y las acelgas,los trituramos y después lo volvemos a poner a la olla (esto sirve para espesar el caldo y que los niños no se quejen de ver verde).
- Finalmente añadimos el arroz y dejamos cocer unos 15' hasta que el arroz esté en su punto.
