  1. Colocamos la calabaza en una placa con aceite a horno 180°hasta que estén cocidas. Una vez cocidas hacemos un puré.
  2. Ya con el puré hecho le agregamos el queso picado ;la cebolla rehogada, sal y pimienta, revolvemos bien !!!!
  3. Yo usé un queso cremoso en el cual lo tengo frizzado y a la hora de picarlo es mucho más fácil.(dejamos toda esta mezcla aparte enfriando)
  4. En la mesa colocamos la harina integral en forma de corona.en el centro agregamos los huevos y la sal y comenzamos amasar(si está muy seca la masa agregas agua de a poco) (yo me ayudó con 2 espátulas)hasta lograr una masa uniforme !!!!
  5. Luego estiramos la masa (yo lo hice con máquina)sino lo hacemos con palote, hasta que quedé finita como una tapa de empanadas.
  6. Luego la colocamos en el molde para sorrentinos la masa el relleno ya anterior y masa nuevamente (si no tenés molde colocas la masa sobre la mesa, rellenas pones otra masa sobre encima y cortas con cortante redondo y sellas los bordes con tenedor)
  7. Una vez la primer capa de masa, relleno y segunda capa de masa !!sellamos con el palote bien fuerte para que corte
  8. Su cocción la hacemos en agua hirviendo por 5 minutos !!!(está masa es un poco más durita de cocción que una común, si gustan pueden dejarlos unos minutitos más).servir con la salsa que más les guste !!!!!
