- Sacarle una tapita fina a la cáscara para hacer piso así no se cae en la asadera. Rellenar las mitades, cubrir con muzzarrella y llevar al horno de 10min a 15min. Yo lo coloco en el piso del horno ya que me gusta que se queme la base.
