Con la pulpa haces un puré, colocando una cucharada de queso crema y una pizca de nuez moscada. Este puré lo vertemos con los chicos, cebolla, y morrones revolviendo esta mezcla. Rellenar las calabazas, colocar un trozo de queso fresco y volver al horno hasta gratinar.
