  6. El arroz necesita unos 30 minutos (sin remojo, más tiempo). A la mitad de ese tiempo incorporar el zapallo rallado o en cubos pequeños (o mitad y mitad)
  7. Para la crema de caju: 1 puñado de caju remojado (unas horas o toda la noche) licuar con 200 ml de agua. Agregar la crema cuando el arroz ya está listo. Cocinar unos minutos más (al cocinar la crema espesa).
  8. Cuando la consistencia es la deseada, apagar el fuego. Condimentar con cúrcuma, nuez moscada y rectificar sal y pimienta.
  9. Servir con sésamo tostado y molido, mas verdeo o perejil.
