  6. Manos a la obra !
    Tomar una rodaja de calabaza, pasarla por el rebozo sin gluten y llevarla a la mezcla de lino. Empaparla y volver al rebojo, manipular hasta que toda la rodaja este cubierta.
  7. Una vez que estén prontas las milanesas colocar en una asadera con un chorro de aceite de oliva y llevar al horno a 180° C.
    Cuando el piso está dorado dar vuelta. Cuando están doradas en ambos lados están prontas.
  8. Acompañar de ensalada fresca o vegetales salteados.

    Las milanesas puede ser de berenjenas, zapallitos y remolacha.
