  3. En una olla vamos a ir cocinando la bechamel. Primero derretimos la manteca, agregamos la harina y por último la leche. Revolvemos constantemente, cuando veamos que empezó a espesar la retiramos del fuego y agregamos sal, pimienta y nuez moscada a gusto
  4. Mezclar con la bechamel y el pollo. Agregar las 2 yemas de huevo, la crema de leche, queso cremoso y la cucharada de mostaza. Mezclar y agregar al zapallo. Llevar al horno por unos 15 minutos aproximadamente.
  5. Retirar del horno, agregar el perejil cortado y servir !!!
