- Cuando pase el tiempo de reposo de la calabaza(el que hayas decidido) ella suelta líquido, lo llevas al fuego bajo hasta que la calabaza se haga como puré
- Dejas enfriar un poco y lo envasas le sacas el aire de los lados con una cuchara
- Si solo haces poca cantidad lo tapas y listo, pero si haces mucha y requieres conservar sin aditivos luego que envases volteas el frasco y dejas pasar 24 horas y así te durará mucho tiempo en la nevera
