  5. Desgasificar. Formar bollitos, salen 12. Poner en fuente con rocio vegetal o poquitisimo aceite. Dejar leudar hasta que dupliquen su tamaño. Yo no tenía apuro y lo dejo un par de horas. Pero cuando dupliquen ya se pueden cocinar.
  6. Precalentar el horno. Cocinar en fuego moderado por unos 20 minutos o hasta que se vean dorados. Si te gusta podes pincelar antes de meter al horno con huevo batido.
