- Sobre mesa ligeramente enharinada sacar el aire, bolear y dejar reposar tapada 20 minutos. Aplastar ligeramente con la mano en forma de rectángulo y enrollar. (Es una masa bastante suave, engrase las manos para trabajar) Colocar en el molde, luego le pasamos un poco de agua con la ayuda de una brocha y le agregamos el ajonjolí, dejar levar durante 1 hora.
